Double IPA - 4-pk of "The Dead Of Winter" tall cans anniversary we used a modified grain"The Dead Of Winter" is an 8% Double IPA brewed with lactose and oats and lactose and was finished with an icy blend of dry hops: Galaxy, Mosaic Cryo, Citra and Idaho 7. We kept the lactose addition low to drive as much creamy mouthfeel we could get without adding additional sweetness.
