Les Didiers? vineyard is a 2. 5 hectare Domaine des Hospices de Nuits monopoly, sitting alongside the Saint Georges. We have bought barrels of this concentrated, well coloured fine wine, every year since the 2005 vintage. It combines fine tannins with good length on the palate, showing dark berry and slightly toasted notes.
