It is brought down to bottling strength with demineralised water slowly drop by drop over a period of 28 days. Nose: Hints of oak and morello cherry. Orange blossom honey, dried cranberries and hints of smoke. Palate: Cigar leaves, Demerara sugar, manuka honey, cooked fruit and pepper. Spiced. Finish: Cinnamon and cedar wood.
