This panel comes complete with the two quarter turn fixings and is the tow eye cover complete with silver trim section painted and fitted as per the picture

These LED's are great as they can be used either way around (there is no + and - which can be a problem on cheaper LED bulbs)

You will need remove the front grille assembly and swap the grille bars over which is secured by screws on the rear
