Jean Chartron Chassagne Montrachet 2018 Size:750ml earthy oakiness and lush citrus100% Barrel fermentation (30% new oak barrels 70% barrels aged 1 and up to 5 years). Maturation on fine lees for minimum 12 months in barrel and after 4 months in tank. The brilliance of the wine is the balance of the perfume carried by oak flirting with rose buds. The front palate is full on, exploding with ripeness from the warm vintage then retightening on the finish with a fresh mineral finish.
