The moment I created it with the leaf, I knew I wanted to add in at least one more autumnal motif and create it as a seasonal project. BUTTERNUT & SAGE felt like the perfect pairing for this design. The fact that it works with a LAYER CAKE is just the icing on the cake for me! Of course you can use yardage or your stash of your favorite fall feeling
