Wahaka Joven Espadin Mezcal Bottle:1 forest floor and spice leadCrafted at Wahaka's cooperative distillery in Santiago Matatln, this Joven Espadn mezcal springs from hand harvested agaves roasted in conical stone ovens. After tahona crushing and open air fermentation on native fibers, the wash is double distilled in small copper stills for purity and balance. The unaged spirit bursts with fresh agave sweetness alongside subtle smoke, citrus peel and herbal undertones. Bottled at 42% ABV, it serves both as a
