After a cold maceration to obtain the good colour intensity, the juice is racked from the tank. The alcohol fermentation begins after a cold settling on control temperature in order to favour the fruit expression. With a beautiful pink rose petal colour, this wine offers a pleasant nose of citrus fruits and peach juice. The mouth is vivid and well balanced. Serve at around 10C. To be enjoyed with
