Fruit for this cuve is 70 to 80 destemmed and aged for 15 months in oak. The wine is classic Saint Jo: meaty, dark fruited, and muscular, marked by flavors of pepper and black olives. Pair with all of your favorite grilled meats, veggies, and burgers.
