Purchased by me in Paris about 30 years ago - I never thought I would part with it but

While I can't really say the piece is made of flowers

The die cut sentiment reads LIFE BEAR FOR YOU ITS SWEETEST FLOWERS

Coloring is very white (hence my not being able to get good photos) with pale pink and lavender florals and green leaves
