The grapes are cultivated on picturesque Provencal hillsides with clay and limestone soils. They are manual picked, hand sorted, and fully de stemmed on site. Fermentation and maturation on lees takes place in stainless steel tank. The nose has beautiful aromas of raspberries and wild flowers, and the palate is wonderfully bright and fresh with notes
