Distilled at the family run Sanwa Shurui distillery in Oita Prefecture on Kyushu, this shochu reflects over 500 years of traditional craftsmanship. It is produced using two row barley and fermented with koji, then distilled under low pressure to preserve its subtle character. The result is a
