Domaine Courbet Cotes du Jura Blanc Tradition 2022 tag Mostly Garganega with TrebbianoThe Tradition is Domaine Courbet's calling card, a blend of about 75% Chardonnay and 25% Savagnin from the Cotes du Jura. The Savagnin is aged under a veil of yeast (sous voile) for savory, nutty depth, while the Chardonnay is barrel aged and topped up for freshness, then blended just before bottling.
