Matured exclusively in first fill bourbon casks. Non chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a high strength of 58%. (Bottle size 750ml) TASTING NOTES Nose: Fruit blossoms with dried apples and light oak along with traces of raisins, dates and fruit cake. Palate: Flavours burst onto the palate, rich and sweet, including
