Clone 756A on 101 14 rootstock was planted at 3,333 vines ha, yielding just 1. 445 tons in 2020. Hand harvested on 5 February, 50% whole bunch, and fermented with F83 yeast after nine days on skins, the wine was pressed and matured before bottling
