Dosage of LCarnibol 5ml Vial should be individualized according to the patients clinical condition, body weight, and the intended therapeutic objective. For oral supplementation, a typical starting dose ranges from 250mg to 500mg taken once or twice daily, which corresponds to approximately 0.125 to 0.25ml of the vial after dilution in water or juice. When administered sublingually, a smaller volume of 0.5ml may be held under the tongue for 12minutes before swallowing. For injectable use under medical supervision, the usual intravenous dose is 1g (5ml) administered once weekly, but clinicians must adjust the frequency based on laboratory monitoring of serum carnitine levels and renal function. Patients should always follow the dosing instructions provided by their prescribing clinician and avoid exceeding the recommended maximum daily intake of 2g without professional oversight
