Mortlach 30yo Region:Speyside Nose: Initially sweet with notesTasting notes from the producer A limited edition 30 year old single malt from Mortlach, Midnight Malt was initially matured in a mix of refill American oak and European oak casks before being finished in Bordeaux wine, Calvados, and Guatemalan rum casks. It was then married and further aged in custom quarter casks. Only 350 bottles were released. NoseA smooth nose with a gentle prickle at first, which settles over time to reveal a savoury, slightly
