This collaborative vatting was offered to us by Kilchoman and we of course jumped at the opportunity. Matured in 85% ex bourbon barrels and 15% ex Oloroso sherry butts. Expect the Machir Bay that you know and love, but with more nuance and depth provided by the extra sherry casks and small batch. Only 120 bottles produced.
