14K Gold Heart Pin with Pink Sapphires Other Antiques The earrings depicts a northernOffering a 14k gold heart pin with a row of five heart shaped pink sapphires holding the gold heart. Weighs 8. 25 grams, the sapphires measures 1 1 2" long and the heart is 7 8" x " with a total hanging length of 1 1 8". The 1st, 3rd & 5th sapphire hearts are larger than the center two. The larger 3 measure 7 x 6mm the two smaller are 6 x 4 mm. Not marked, but tested. Pink sapphires have also been tested.
