It was a long gown, generally sleeveless, that hung nearly to the feet. The stola was generally worn over a light undershirt. This garment is appropriate for The Chosen in the colors: olive green, champagne, burgundy, gold, gray baby blue and black. Our stolla is a modern version of the ancient garment in cotton gauze.
