Inspired by the tradition of enjoying sushi as a celebratory meal in Japan, the team transformed Satoh's concept into a tangible object. In Satohs own words, "All the keywords of Pleats Please also apply to sushi, Japans first 'fast food.' Easy. Shrinkable.
