Over 40 herbs are fermented in alcohol and allowed to silently mature in oak casks for more than a year to produce it's unique and unmistakable flavour

The wine exhibits juicy fruit – tropical pineapple

with a creamy and fruity character bolstered by the use of first-fill American oak to mature some of the whisky

Aged 8-10 months in our underground cellar

but also to cellar for graceful aging

Ghost Pines Merlot - 750ML bacardi Over 40 herbs are fermentedOur Merlot begins with dark aromas of black cherry, cocoa and sage accentuated by rich notes of blackberry, toasty mocha, and clove on the palate. These ripe flavors are framed by a smooth midpalate full of depth with layers of smooth texture. This wine finishes with tremendous length supported by firm, plush tannins.
