In 2008 I headed to Glacier National Park and explored the park in the winter months

Walking around Denver this morning on a cool clear morning I was looking for something I have not noticed before while working around in the city

Just after framing the picture

As I waited for the sun to rise it was obvious people were still heading home after a long night

however with that there was also the challenge of the tripod sinking in the wet sand

While I was in Boise, Idaho I took some photographs of the state Christmas Tree at the state capitol of Idaho. In addition to some images of the tree and the capitol building, I also zoomed in to the holiday lights and played with the focus to get the above effect for the image.
