We added another five to our order this week and these are measuring in between 3 5" across. These may have some soft lower leaves, but that's completely normal for this time of year. These shipped with sparse bare roots from the cultivating farm. You need to protect these from rain and please do not water until they start to put out fresh roots, Lauii is prone to rot and if they sit on wet soil
