this is not to say that it is an elegant wine though it is less youthfully austere than I typically find with this wine

As is often the case with this wine, it is built on its minerality with very fine intensity to the medium weight plus flavors that also culminate in an impressively long but still quite compact finish. The linear backend is clearly in need of time to flesh out but
