The 2015 Chateauneuf du Pape Cuvee Chaupin is all Grenache

but I liked its almost sangiovese-like floral quality

and they used a little more grapes from La Horra

and this is a wine with more fruitLa Poza behaves better in cooler years like 2013

slight earthiness on the entry and truffle and black pepper toward the lightly spiced finish
