Use it to cut circles, semi circles and quarter circles from 3" to 15 1 2" and every 1 2" in between. Useful for fusible appliqu, piecing and turned edge appliqu. The ruler slides over fabric until pressure is applied. Then, its grip feature holds the fabric in place while cutting, eliminating slipping and miscuts.
