Jean-Paul Droin, Chablis Valmur Vintage:2019 Strong wood and menthol characters(from recently replanted vines totaling 1. 04 ha; aged in 50% wood but only a small percentage is new). A background dollop of wood surrounds pungent aromas of mineral reduction, petrol and green fruit. The spicy flavors dont possess quite the same mid palate concentration though there is still plenty of punch and muscle on the sneaky long and nicely complex finale. (91 93) 2026+
