It is nicely detailed, mineral rich with exquisite red and black fruit, the former more than the latter. The palate is effervescent and vivacious on the opening, with fine definition. Seville orange marmalade and a liberal sprinkling of black pepper and clove towards the satisfyingly long finish. This is a great success and it has the structure to repay
