The metal on the building contrasting with the blue and aqua provides the interest to me and the focus of the details on the building

but also close to the water itself

As the snow in Denver on a winter I walked past the Denver Art Museum

As a spent a week in Santa Fe I worked on capturing abstract images of the architecture which provided a sense of place

Some of the clouds in the sky are reflecting in the glass and if you look carefully on the right you can also capture some of the insides of the building through the clear glass

Towards the Door Size:24"x36" The metal on the buildingWhile visiting Mexico City, I made my way to the Diego Garcia and Frida Kahlo House Studio Museum. While the residence was closed for renovations, I was able to walk around the exterior to photograph some of the architecture of the building. This photograph is the curving stairs leading up to the entrance of one of the studios.
