"Back in the Day" Size:11x17 This one places a Roman

This one places a Roman Red 1962 Corvette beside a side wall of Jimmy’s Jigger and a beer advertisement for Hamm’s Beer with its famous floating bear

but many customers kept recommending that I do one

and the silver ’65 partially hidden behind a pump (which I still have)

For years I resisted painting the older Gull Wing

I used that  along with several others I had photographed to create this painting

"Back in the Day" Size:11x17 This one places a RomanI was invited to create the Official Art for the Supercar Reunion in St. Louis on Labor Day of 2006. This is a celebration of the cars built by Yenko Chevrolet, Nickey Chevrolet, Fred Gibb and Dick Harrell, and Berger Chevrolet. The watercolor I painted for this event is titled Back in the Day and features three 1969 Yenko Super Cars parked at the Yenko dealership in Pennsylvania.
