Creation Ridge Pinot Noir 2024 44yo 4% as per other internationalDESCRIPTION Sourced from south easternfacing vineyards at 287 metres on the Hemel en Aarde Ridge, this Pinot Noir epitomises the poise of the Capes most elevated and maritime terroir. The vines, aged 1121 years and rooted in decomposed Bokkeveld shale with a clay loam base, benefit from cooling ocean breezes and a long, slow ripening season. Hand harvested at the end of February 2024, the fruit was 50% whole bunch fermented in large foudres and
