Tokara XO Potstill Brandy World Whisky and subtle floral notesProduced at the Tokara Winery near Stellenbosch, the base wine for this brandy is made from Chenin Blanc grapes. Distilled in a copper Pruhlo Alambic potstill, the traditional cognac double distillation process is followed. Matured in 300 litre French Limousin oak barrels for a minimum of 10 years, with some barrels maturing as long as 16 years. Bottled at 40%. (Bottle size 750ml) Nose: Fresh vanilla pod, cinnamon and nutmeg greet you on the nose.
