This vase is small enough for a single flower (ichirin zashi). It has a wide bottomed, rounded body with a short neck and a simple flat rim. A red glaze covers the top to the bottom, and gold ho oh and cloud design decorates it. There is a subtle indentation on the side. A signature is at the bottom.
