This one did ship a little soft and a little asymmetrical, but she's still gorgeous and should firm back up. She pulled one lower leaf on the smaller rosette, but other than that looks just like the grower photos here. Just a little soft on this one, but if she doesn't firm back up just let us know within 30 days and we'll issue you a store credit. She's got rich,
