All grapes are hand picked and harvested at optimal ripeness. Practices are with respect for nature and use of sulfites is limited to the bare minimum. The wine ripens 5 months on its fine lees. These results in a classic ocean Albario, with great aromatic richness and the characteristic salinity in the aftertaste.
