I quickly grabbed my camera to capture the upper portion of the building alone in the clouds for about a minute before the clouds quickly moved back to obstruct the view as the rain turned heavier

As I walked by the capitol after some earlier rain

As I moved around the building I looked at the different compositions with not only the materials of the building but also how the light hit the building during the course of the day

For this image I found a collection which stood out and provided a view down the Gastineau Channel towards the airport giving the flowers the primary focus but also allowing a sense of place

With these movements you get more of the detail from the water either melting in different directions on the piece of ice or the changes from being above or under
