The wine was then settled for 24 hours before racking into neutral French oak barrels to ferment

A nose of black cherry and fresh raspberry with spicy notes. On the palate, a beautiful aromatic complexity, power, fat and substance are present. Surprising balance and delicacy, mineral and without heaviness with well integrated tannins.
