The agave is slowly cooked for 72 hours in traditional masonry lined ovens and fermented with a proprietary yeast strain, enhancing its unique taste. Presented in a transparent glass decanter. Bottled at 40%. (Bottle size 750ml) Nose: Fresh and herbal fragrances, orange peel, lemon and green apple. Palate: Cooked agave, lemon peel and green
