Sometimes these clusters can break up a little in transit. It doesn't happen often, but it is a possibility. If it arrives broken we will send you a picture and you can either choose to accept it with a partial refund or you can cancel. This particular cluster measures about 3. 5" across, it's hard to tell measurements
