Malt Master David Stewart MBE selected 18 casks to be married in a large oak vessel for 3 months. 4 of these 18 were ex bourbon casks, 6 were 2nd fill sherry butts, 5 were refill puncheons, 3 were 1st fill sherry butts. It's a rich whisky of intense flavor with notes of citrus tart, orange marmalade, maple syrup, toffee, vanilla, and honey that is bottled at 104. 4 proof.
