The walled clos is built from the old castle ramparts! Not just a cool fact, these walls offer shelter from the wind, and with its south facing aspect, the vineyard has its own special microclimate. Maybe its the name, but this is very citrussy backed up by beautifully handled pithy bitters. Its richly textured, the
