1966 Rare Series 4700 Chair by Arne Jacobsen for Fritz Hansen in New Cognac Leather Lighting circa 1985This is a Model 4700 Easy Chair, initially designed by Arne Jacobsen for Fritz Hansen in 1965. This example was produced in Denmark in ca. 1966. It features a solid beech frame and has been newly reupholstered in a fine cognac leather. It has exposed mortise and tenon joints on the edges of the arms, as well as under the seat of the piece.
