on the fence is a sign for the I H C Harvesting Machines  Co and a bit to the left of that fence there is what looks to be a childs wagon or cart by the steps of the house

It shows a large gathering of old/older men in uniform with metals pinned to their double breasted coats

There is a little chunk of the top missing in the center - so sold AS IS

Mailed and I am guessing the date as 1909 but it could just as easily be 1939
