First rested in American Oak Casks for 5 years in the Caribbean then moved sherry casks for 3 years in Spain. Notes of honey, butterscotch, and salt with a spicy finish. The maturation process for this Caribbean rum begins in Barbados and Guyana, within oak casks of American oak. After five years, the rum is sent to Jerez de la Frontera where it is transferred to casks previously used to age 20
