We drew our inspiration for this rugby jersey from the origin of sport playing strips which dates back to early 1800s Rugby Town. Here we knit natural ecru & white cotton into a fine interlock which is then cut on the bias for a superior drape and fit. The Mackie rugby jersey is named for Jem Mackie, an influential Victorian who whilst a pupil
