Coffele Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG, Veneto, Italy 2021 Aligote Hide bottles for 7-8 yearsAn extremely elegant wine which is harmonious and velvety, yet strong, complex, dry, full bodied and austere. Cherry liqueur, black cherries, plums, liquorice and leather. Spices like cinnamon and pepper. Hints of wild berries. It is traditionally paired with dishes made from game, barbecued and braised meats and mature cheese. Serve at a temperature of 18C and uncork the bottle 1 hour before drinking.
