The brandy breathes through the wood over the years, slowly losing its "fire" and progressively digesting the tannins of the wood, gradually gaining bouquet and aromas. 2 to 3 year old Calvados aged in oak casks. Bright straw yellow. Fine and light fragrances that open into fruit with fine woodland notes balanced and fresh in the mouth.
