The intensive color of this Pinot Gris comes from the maceration of several days, during which the coloring and tannin are leached out of the berry skin. Pressed with an old basket screw press, it ends up in used barriques in multiple occupancy. In the beginning with a light exotic, orange, pineapple, peach paired with spicy notes, tobacco, fresh earth and wet wood.
