Barn Owl No.33 hoppy dry-hopped with Loral and CitraBarn Owl is a series of one off, barrel aged creations that are released sporadically throughout the year, just as soon as we deem them ripe for picking. This batch is a spritely blend of two year old wild ales dry hopped with Noble and New Zealand varieties, and has notes of orange blossom, Sour Patch Kids and white grape skins. It's the perfect option for those who love moderate acidity, stone fruit and funk, and a hint of oak.
